To be eligible, current sixth or seventh graders who will be seventh and eighth graders in the 2024-25 school year may prepare their required paperwork.  The physical exam (Section 6 of the packet) must be performed by a medical professional on or after June 1, 2024 and will be valid for the entire 2024-25 school year.  Completed packets (checklist, Academic Alibility form, and all 6 sections of PIAA form) should be submitted to Mrs. Filipe in Mr. Walker's (Assistant Principal) office at the Middle School.
