11th Annual Arcola

XC RELAY INVITATIONAL

DATE:  Friday, October 4, 2024

LOCATION:  Arcola Intermediate School & Skyview Campus

-Drop off at the field next to Skyview Upper Elementary

-Located just past Arcola on your right

COURSE WALK:  2:40pm

RACES:

1.  7th Grade Boys & Open Boys relay (3 x 1 mile):  3:30pm

2.  7th Grade Girls & Open Girls relay (3 x 1 mile):  3:50pm

3. 7th & 8th Grade JV Boys 3000m: 4:15pm

4. 7th & 8th Grade JV Girls 3000m:  4:30pm

AWARDS:  Top 3 boys and top 3 girls medal in each race & category:  5:00pm

RULES:  

a)  Relay Categories:  7th grade only, Open (7th and 8th grade mix)  

b) Teams are only allowed a total of two relays per relay race.  One in each

category, or a “B” team in the same category.

c)  Unlimited entries in the open JV 3000m  

d)  Athletes may only compete in one race (the relay OR the open 3000m).

e)  “B” relay teams cannot medal.

f)  Coed relays are permitted but will not be eligible for medals.
